Our exclusive large scale manufacturing equipment allows to quickly process all UD-Tape widths in the required matrix-fibre combination as well as in standard or custom lay-up configurations.
Thick and thin tubes in lengths of up to 3 meters are processed rationally and at constant quality levels, thanks to our own developed simple, reliable and very cost efective manufacturing machinery.
Joining techniques commonly in use along with thermoplastic based materials give the flexibility to assemble complex piping structures as needed in chemical plants, for example in tube heat-exchanger units.
Only our LFRTP tubes, in their specific configuration, can also be bent for your final application, as required in engine exhaust, air intake and water cooling systems. Tubes in dia sizes up to 200 mm are off-the-shelf, and proving themselves in use as dry bearings, axial guides in hydraulic components and cooling ducts.
